1.Appointment slots are reserved only after the booking process has been completed and confirmed by the KYS Team.
2.Informal conversations, expressions of interest, or requests to meet do not constitute an appointment confirmation.
3.All consultations are scheduled through the KYS Team to ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth coordination for every seeker.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
